How long does it take to process an order?

Ready-to-ship pieces are thoughtfully prepared and typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design.

What are your U.S. shipping rates?

We offer:

• Standard Shipping — $9.95
  Tracked shipping via USPS Ground Advantage.

  Priority Shipping — $16.95
  Tracked shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

Available shipping options are displayed during checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes. We are happy to ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes using USPS services when available.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

Yes. Orders of $250 or more receive complimentary U.S. standard shipping.

Do you currently ship internationally?

At this time, we are shipping within the United States only.

International shipping may become available in the future.

What if my package does not arrive?

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our Client Care team. We'll be happy to assist with tracking and the next steps.
